As a corporate entity, we are your single point of contact and are legally responsible for the rent, utilities, and the condition of the property. You receive one guaranteed payment every month, regardless of occupancy.2. How do you ensure the property is looked after?
Unlike a standard long-term tenant who might clean once a week (or less), we provide professional housekeeping 4–8 times per month. We also conduct regular maintenance checks and use Minut Smart-Home Technology to monitor noise and smoke levels 24/7, ensuring the property remains in "display home" condition and neighbors are never disturbed.3. Who actually stays in the property?
